Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Makes Spring Garden Rd. a little bit sweeter
Grand Opening November 14, 2015
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is set to open this week on Spring Garden Road, Halifax. This will be a soft open with weeks ahead of producing their famous handmade chocolates, caramel apples, fudge, brittle, and so much more.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has been a staple in the Halifax Shopping Center for the past 10 years but is looking forward to their new location on Spring Garden Rd. “We are super excited to be part of the downtown business community and a part of the best know shopping area in Atlantic Canada,” says owner/operator Marla Hall. “Its important to support independently owned businesses, it helps build strong communities and sustains vibrant town centers. Unlike chain stores, locally owned businesses and franchises recycle a larger share of their revenue back into our local economy which enriches the whole community. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory looks forward to making Spring Garden Road a little bit sweeter.”
The Grand Opening event will take place Saturday November 14th, from 12-6pm. The event will include discounts, prizes, tasters, balloon pops, giveaways and you could be entered to win a $250 basket. You can drop by and watch handmade fudge being made or the chocolate wheel spin. They will be welcoming new and returning customers and offering FREE red candy apples to the first 50 attendees.
